ColourDepth is a simple application which allows you to set the default colour depth of the device.
This allows you to use old apps which were written for greyscale devices on a colour device, for example.

Just select the screen depth that you want, then switch back to the Launcher.

Supported operating systems: Palm OS 3.x, Palm OS 4.x, Palm OS 5.x

Similar Software:

NoAltAlertNoAltAlert
Disable the annoying "Alt Key" alert
MapButtonsMapButtons
MapButtons - Do you have a Palm OS handheld with a camera or voice recorder that you never use? Do you accidentally bump these buttons while doing other things and get frustrated when a voice memo suddenly starts recording? MapButtons in the answer! This application allows you to change the application that launches when you press these buttons
SwatchHackSwatchHack
SwatchHack - The Swatch company has created a new way of measuring time, called 'Internet Time'. A day in Internet Time is divided into 1000 Swatch beats, each 1 minute 26.4 seconds long, counting from @000, which marks midnight BMT (Biel Mean Time, named for the home city of Swatch in Switzerland). For more information, visit Swatch here
CyrHack IICyrHack II
CyrHack II adds Cyrillic (Russian) support to PalmOS organizers. Features: - Russian Graffiti - Sorting - On-screen keyboard - Multiple encodings - External keyboards support and more. Other national languages support (Ukrainian, Georgian etc) is available thru modules
RsrcEdit PlugRsrcEdit Plug
RsrcEdit Plug is a Launch 'EM plugin that allows you to drag-and-drop a file from Launch 'EM and have it opened with Individeo's RsrcEdit. It's only useful if you're a frequent user of both of these programs (as I am). Otherwise, it's totally useless. Note that there is no readme or other documentation for this product
BeamAlertHackBeamAlertHack
BeamAlertHack - This hack eliminates the annoying alert which pops up after each beam (appears, if you have turned off 'beam receive' in the palm preferences). The creation of this hack is so obvious, that I suppose somebody else has already written a hack with the same function
Sleep for Palm OSSleep for Palm OS
Sleep for Palm OS is designed to convert one of your hardware buttons into a fully functioning power button. This is useful for replacing a power button that has worn out. Sleep can also be used to move the power button to the front of the pda for convenience. Sleep is fully supported on OS version 3.0 devices and up. It is also fully OS 5 compatible
Dia Rotate ManagerDia Rotate Manager
Dia Rotate Manager - This software works on Palm devices which has Palm OS5, and equipped with DIA (Dynamic Input Area). DIA is the graffiti area which is drawn by Palm OS, and can be hidden by softwares. Tungsten T3 and Palm T|X from Palm Inc. have the DIA area. This software changes orientation and DIA state for each application automatically
DigiDigi
Accurate, no-nonsense digitizer calibration
DTFH - Date Time Format HackDTFH - Date Time Format Hack
DTFH - Date Time Format Hack - This hack influences the way some system functions format date and time strings. As for now it just encforces leading zeros to be added to dates (month and day mainly) whenever its value would otherwise occupy just one digit (values less than 10). So instead of 96/1/9 you will see 96/01/09 as long as the hack is active
