Radlog for HanDBase - Radiology Logbook to track procedures performed and biopsy results. Has 2 databases, one for patients, and the other a list of procedures by modality. Procedure list automatically adds modality and whether or not a biopsy is performed. Designed around the FRANZCR requirements for your logbook while undergoing Radiology training, should be useful in other situations also.
