TCFI is short for TRGpro CF (CompactFlash) Installer.
With TCFI you can install any file directly (not really - it is explained later) from your (Palm) Desktop to your TRGpro Palm device. All you need to do is: install the Palm application to your TRGpro then convert a file (e.g. MyVoice.wav -> MyVoice.pdb) and install this with the normal Palm Install application to your TRGpro (as a Un*x user you use pilot-xfer).
After installing the file, the file will be moved to the CF card if there is one in the slot.
Note:
If you want to install a 200K file to the CF card you need min. 200K of free Ram (for buffering). So the max. size of file you can install is about 7000K.
