Cipher is an application that lets you encrypt every text field's usable text with the very strong IDEA algorithm by Ascom.
First of all, CipherDA is a DA version of Cipher. Cipher is a program that lets you encrypt every text field's usable text (e.g. DateBook appointments, Expense report items, complete MemoPad notes) with the very strong IDEA algorithm by Ascom.
There are a couple of benefits of Cipher compared to every other encryption program on the Palm. The most important one is that you can encrypt virtually anything. The next most important benefit is that it was developed in Germany and so the brain-dead export restrictions (that have been lifted but nobody in the US was told about that apparently) don´t apply. IDEA is a strong 128-bit encryption scheme that has not yet been broken.
The benefit of CipherDA compared to the standard app version of Cipher is that you can invoke it very fast and without leaving the application you are working with. Just use Swipe as your DA launcher and you´ll see how fast and easy it is.
Don´t rely on the built-in security of the PalmOS platform. This is only a simple mechanism to protect your employer from accidentally viewing your private data that you might have stored on a company-owned Palm device. You can "hack" this security within seconds. Use Cipher or CipherDA and your private data stays private.
"CipherDA":
Small (7K)
Free - comes with sources
128-bit IDEA encryption.
Copies the marked text automatically into CipherDA. No explicit Clipboard use necessary.
Automatic fallback: if you decrypt a text you encrypted with an old version of this program, CipherDA will detect this.

ASPectX ASPectX - was originally designed as an accompaniment to Microsoft's Visual Web Developer 2005. ASPectX also stands alone as an ASPX development tool for the Palm.
The point and tap interface reduces to amount of text input the user needs to do. Creating texts on all PDAs is a productivity bottleneck, so the interface trys to eliminate as much as possible
HTTP protocol for Palm OS (CodeWarrior Platform) HTTP protocol for Palm OS (CodeWarrior Platform) - This library is an implementation of a subset of W3C specs for HTTP protocol. It's packed as a library file with C++ headers, so you can include it in your own programs simply linking it into your programs. It runs on ANY Palm OS device running Palm OS version 3.0 and higher (not only on Palm VII)
CondInst CondInst is a developer tool used during installations of conduits. Instead of creating a new CondInst.dll and pci.exe pr. conduit, you can most of the time just use CondInst.
CondInst requires a meta file describing the conduit to install/uninstall. The meta file must be created in a text editor such as Notepad or Vim
Requests Requests - This app was designed for all the developers, who, like me, receive e-mails with requests for the next updates of some programs.
Here you will be able to keep track of all your customer's requests.
