Through an intuitive interface, Business Anywhere allows mobile workers, contractors and trades people to record and bill for each and every visit or project. It can be configured to suit your billing model and will tell you how much you need to charge, based on criteria such as visit time, hourly rate, travel charges, parts/materials charges, minimum billable units, etc. Invoices can be raised for single visits, or projects (groups of visits).
More than just a call diary, Business Anywhere allows you to send clean and elegant invoices, job time sheets and part sheets to your clients (Treo users can even send them whilst out in the field).

· Supports an unlimited number of client and visit records.
· Supports both metric and imperial measurement systems.
· Supports dollar, euro and pound based currencies (we can support more if you tell us what you need).
· The Task Types module allows you to define different hourly rates for different kinds of work.
· The travel module allows you to charge for your travel expenses by distance, time or category.
· Supports taxation systems such as GST and Provincial Tax.
· Integrates with the native Palm OS address book, allowing you to import clients directly.
· Can be used as a punch card or time sheet.
