You have a Treo 90, 180, 180g, 270 or 300, or any device other than the Sprint Treo 600 smartphone.

Make sure your Treo 600's battery is fully charged.
Make sure you have at least 4.0 MB (4,000 K) free memory on your device (how to do this).
Installation instructions:
- Unzip the file you just downloaded (Treo600SprintUpdater1_10.zip).
- Double-click the file you unzipped (Treo600SprintUpdater1.10.exe).
- Follow all instructions in the installation wizard that will appear.
