MyAddressDB program is intended for simple batch operations with built-in contacts database.
There are two application supported at current time: Address Book and Contacts (the Address Book replacement for latest Palm devices – T|E, T|T5, LD, T|X etc).
The program allows changing initial phone numbers digits.
This operation is actual for situations when ABX indexes changing, telecom operator's codes changing and so on.
