Total Recall (Palm OS) - Record Memos and phone calls. Smart record uses voice/sound activation to reduce file size (similar to the feature found in regular tape/digital recorders). Call filter allows filtering out one side of the conversation. This is great when you need to replay instructions, directions, etc... which you received on the phone in a very noisy environment. Also, private function allows you to listen through phone receiver instead of loud speaker. An available conduit (sold separately) will allow recordings to be saved to desktop during a HotSync.
