Power Hero helps you to get the best out of your Battery!
Power Hero has a host of features to maximize the battery life of your Treo.
* Console -Instantly see and control the main power drains on your Treo
* Schedule - Set your Treo's functions to be on only when you need them
* Save - Automatically turn off power draining features after you have finished using them
* Auto Bluetooth - turn your Bluetooth on automatically when your call arrives!
* Shortcuts - use the free shortcut applications to control features from your launcher
Console - Take control
One page shows you the main features of your Treo which use up your battery power
You can immediately see which are on, and immediately turn off those you don't need.
Schedule - Only when you need them...
Easily schedule when features turn themselves on and off.
Easy to use, incredibly flexible scheduling system.
You can control all the power-draining features on your Treo and set up schedules as simple or as complex as you like.
Power Hero makes the process super simple by giving you options like 'Every day', 'Weekdays', or specific days you choose.
Save - Turn features off when you are done with them...
It is as if Power Hero turns the light off for you when you leave the room!
When you use the internet, the application will automatically make a network connection. Normally that connection would be left on indefinitely. Power Hero lets you turn it off automatically a few minutes after you turn off your Treo.
Similarly with Bluetooth, Infrared or your Keyboard Light - Power Hero can turn them off when you turn off your Treo.
No Phone Service Saver - Go easy when you are out of range!
When you are out of range of a phone connection, your Phone will automatically turn up to maximum power as it searches for a signal. This can quickly drain your battery.
Power Hero can turn your phone connection off automatically, then turn it on at regular intervals to check again for a connection. Of course if it finds a connection, it will leave the phone connection turned on.
Auto Bluetooth - The ultimate in 'when you need it' Bluetooth!
If you are using a bluetooth headset, then Power Hero can give you the ultimate power saver by turning your headset on automatically when a call comes in, or when you make a call.
Note: This feature does not work on the Treo 650
Pairing time will depend on your Treo model and your Bluetooth Headset model.
This feature may not be practical with your particular setup.
Shortcuts
A series of free 'Shortcut Applications' are available for you to easily control the power-using features on your Treo directly from your launcher. These are tiny applications that will do a simple job such as turning a feature on, off or toggling its state.
# Bluetooth off, Bluetooth on, Toggle Bluetooth
# Infrared off, Infrared on, Toggle Infrared
# Keylights off, Keylights on, Toggle keylights
# Network connection off, Network connection on, Toggle network connection
