TicTacTough is a free "Can Win" Game of Tic-Tac-Toe.
TicTacTough is another version of Tic-Tac-Toe, but it does play fair. The machine can make mistakes.
The program also keeps a list of statistics as you play. It keeps track of games won, lost and drawn, as well as percentages.
There are no registration codes needed, just play and enjoy the game.
