AW Dictionary Maker is a dictionary creation tool for RoadLingua, the popular dictionary viewer for the Palm OS and Pocket PC handhelds. It imports comma separated files, has a built in editor, and provides an ability to create custom commercial dictionaries. It includes a command line version to create dictionaries in batches.
