You demonstrate how the trick works by showing the spectator how to turn the cards over, shuffle, and draw a card from the top of the pile. Then you hand them your Palm and ask them to repeat the process without letting you see the screen. When they have finished you name the card they choose from the top of the deck! With the registered version the spectator has "free" choice of any of the cards.
