writeORDER for Palm OS is a PDA order entry system designed for suppliers and independent sales representatives. Intuitively designed to match how orders are written, writeORDER gives sales personnel the information and tools they need, when they need them - in front of the customer, whether in the field or at a trade show. Customer and product information are always available. Orders can be quickly and accurately written by scanning SKU or UPC barcodes or using the screens. Orders can be printed using a wireless infrared connection.
Suppliers have complete customer information, including terms and multiple ship to addresses, available at shows. Update product and customer information as often as necessary. Easily add new customers.
Independent Sales Representatives can have all their lines available on one small handheld device. Each supplier's catalog is independent. Supplier sophistication can vary - from full integration with an online catalog to simply providing a price list.
Submit Orders Electronically with an available online application to upload, review, and modify, if necessary, and then automatically send orders to your office by email and/or as a file for automatic downloading into your accounting program. Supplier Data:
