Accident Report Recording for HanDBase - UK standard accident book clone database. It is usefull for keeping a consolidated record from several locations so that appropriate follow up action can be taken. NOTE it does not replace the legal requirement to keep an accident book on site. Fields can be linked to a locations and personnel lists if needed.
Very handy if you are reporting on to say a board of mangement for a number of sites. If on a handheld machine it should be passworded for complience with Data Protection Act.
