It generates pseudo-random passwords up to 25 chars.
Select the symbols that you want to have in your password by clicking the checkboxes and choose the length of the password by buttons.
Also, you can save new password in Memo Pad - just click button "Save to Memo Pad", enter title and click button "Ok".
