The value max. Desc. length determines how many characters of the description of the ToDo entry is exported. Just the first 150 Bytes of the description will be exported. If it was cut off,it is indicated by three dots (...).

If you use the global find you have to remeber the exact writing including spaces and other characters like / or -. PhoneSearch will do that for you
