fntv1to2 - Builds binary font resource version type 2 from version 1.
nfntafnx - Converts PalmOS™ raster font binary resources from NFNT to AFNX data format.
flushfv2 - Separates font version type 2 density parts.
pctofnt - Converts Intel x86 raw font data and PSF files to PalmOS font resource.
fnttopc - Converts PalmOS resource file to PC Raw screen font or PSF v1 font file.
