PalmRunner (Palm OS) is a timer application which can be used for interval training.
It will give you the possibility to define a sequence of timers.
You can change the interval times by tapping on the + or - button or writing directly in the fields.
When a timer is finished a acoustic signal will be given, the first signal will be a single short beep, the next two short beeps and the third a long beep. The fourth signal will again be one short beep.
The complete sequence can be repeated by the number of times given in the repeat box.
