HandWallet Basic PPC HandWallet is an old acquaintance among financial management programs. In its basic freeware version, limited to 3 accounts, it's an excellent tool for personal account management. If you ignore Microsoft's Money, not distributed in all languages, it's even the only freeware program of this quality that I'm aware of
