E&M Code Check is a mobile application that allows you to quickly check your medical documentation against the 1997 Guidelines for E/M Services from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services for inpatient services.
Health care providers can use E&M Code Check to determine appropriate billing levels for each patient encounter. This helps ensure maximal billing for the work documented and reduces risk of downcoding and audits.
