SmartIP is a freeware Windows Mobile application that shows IP information as country, city, latitude , longitude, area code, region name based on an IP address. Unlike most of the databases, this one is very accurate with 97% chance to return the correct information. The provider of this database is Maxmind.
Install the cab, execute the application. Uncompress the database, locate the GeoLiteCity.dat ! Now you are ready to search.
