Simply copy all files to a folder on the device and run the EXE.
Every resolution is supported. The two configuration files LANDSCAPE.XML and PORTRAIT.XML contain the screen size and button layout positions - if you have a different size screen you can simply edit these two files to move the buttons around - full instructions are included in the XML file.
