** Copy the MobileMatt_Geo_Blue.tsk to your device (to folder My Documents/Templates)
** Open Touch Plug-in settings and choose skin
** Open Device Settings/Today and choose theme

1) Place the .cab file in your PPC through ActiveSync or Disk Drive mode.
2) Disable/Uncheck TF3D from your Today Plugins (Start-Settings-Today-Items-TouchFLO 3D)
3) Browse to the directory in your PPC where you've placed the .cab file and tap on it to install.
4) Tap ok to soft reset
