Tom Thumb Software's Time To Time is an easy-to-use program for recording and reporting billable time for multiple customers and accounts. The Time To Time program is for professionals and nonprofessionals who bill clients for their time or track time for other reasons. The invoice/reporting program works on a desktop PC running Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP.
Some features of Time To Time on the mobile device:
Allows you to select (or enter new) companies and projects.
Allows notes to be made for each day's recorded time.
Allows multiple projects to be recorded for each day, and moving between projects is easy.
Allows start time and duration to be stored for each time period worked.
Allows time worked to be recorded using a timer with a start/stop button.
Allows times to be added or modified easily.
Allows total time worked for the selected day, company, or project to be always visible.
Features of Time To Time on the desktop:
Allows information from the mobile device to be obtained automatically.
Allows billing periods to be selectable (1 week, 2 week, 1/2 month, 1 month, all) and saved.
Start days/dates for the billing period are saved.
Allows minimum reporting times to be selectable (1, 2, 10, 15, minutes(s), etc.) and saved.
Allows time to be rounded up or down to the nearest reporting time.
Allows hourly rates to be saved for each project.
Invoices and reports are created and edited in MS Word, WordPerfect or WordPad.
Date and time are displayed in local language formats
