Gutya from our forums has released a homebrew application to help developers whilst making homebrew games. This small, simple application allows you to see where to place your text on an image, useful when making a main navigation menu; where getting the text in exactly the right place takes up quite a bit of time. Here's what Gutya said:
"This was originally meant to be for my own use, because i find positioning text a pain, but then i thought that other people could benefit from it, so i might as well put it on PSPU, plus i havent realeased anything in ages, i'm just showing you i havent died! Stay tuned for a great realease from Imprint ;)"
Features:
* Support for as many test text strings
* Font Support
* An easy config file
* Displays the coordinates of the text in the corner
This is not a game, and should only be used by developers. It requires LUA Player to run, and all you have to do is put your font and image in the same directory with the names font.ttf and image.png. You can then use the D-pad to move the text around. The program displays the the coordinates in the top left hand corner for you to implement in your code (Shown in screenshot above).
