If you're worried about someone accidentally viewing your unmentionables on your PlayStation Portable, you might want to try installing a password protection system into your handheld. A good example of this would be developer MaxTheBest's homebrew application, Protect Me.
This simple yet efficient homebrew app is wrapped around a PRX plugin, which prompts the user to enter a password before granting access to the XMB. The latest build clocked at version 0.91 includes added security features, as well as fixes some bugs noted in the previous versions.
Anyway, here are the complete details of the new changes implemented in Protect Me v0.91:
* Now when the intruder inputs 3 wrong password, an alarm will be played to alert you about the thief.
* Some bugs corrected.
For more details on how to install the app, you can check out the Readme.txt documentation included with the file bundle. In any case, we hope you find the latest version of Protect Me useful. Enjoy!
