ReActPSN used to be a tool to get PSN content booted on a hacked PS3, but since then, it has evolved into something more. With its own included BD-Loader, this download can also be used as a trimmed down backup manager of sorts. Despite the fact that it still has no GUI, ReActPSN can be very useful as long as you memorize the right button combinations. In an effort to keep up with the times, version 3.14 includes an updated game selection menu and 4.60 CEX support. See the complete rundown below!
