U$er Updates PS3 Peek / Poke Plugin: Real Time Looks at the Hypervisor - Developments in the PS3 plugin scene have been slow, but U$er is back to allow for some added faith in the idea. Check out this enhanced peek / poke plugin!
While a project like this is really only worth it to the development sector, U$er has provided that crowd with a new peek / poke plugin that shows real-time dumps of the hypervisor. This means you can basically see what's going on as your console is running. Of course it does require a telnet app like Putty as well as PRX Loader to put the plugin in place. Hey there,
This is probably not interesting to the average user, but i'm posting it anyway. it's an updated remote peek/poke plugin that allows capturing the Lv1 debug log in realtime (well, almost).
Tests have been done by me on 4.46 fat, but it should run on slim as well. There is a chance that 4.50 fat/slim could work too.
It has to be started using PRX Loader ofc.
if the Debug output looks weired in putty, try enabling the "Implicit CL" option
Usage:
Run via PRX Loader (old remote p/p plugin has to be removed or replaced)
connect your telnet client to your ps3 on port 4546

Ia€ve finally gotten around to finishing my SelfTool for manipulating Self and Sprx files. Self files are like exe files for the PS3 and Sprx files are like dll files for the PS3.
Among other things, SelfTool can be used to print out information stored in the file in a readable format to make studying them easier
