WiFi Controller
After a bit of a hiatus, PSP homebrew developer David Rudie has returned with updated versions of his WiFi Controller homebrew application for Sony's handheld console. This time around, Rudie has done a bit of fixing and has cleared up some of the confusion behind a .exe file
Portable VNC
zx-81 has just updated Portable VNC to v1.2. Apart from a few changes, the major update is that it now works on Firmware 2.5!
Here's a small changelog of the new release:
* Compiled / Ported to latest version of PSPSDK
* Supports 2.XX Firmware
* Add Support for DHCP
* Bug fix (crash on exit) on FW 2.XX

WiFi Controller
David Rudie and his famous WiFi application, WiFi Controller is back. Just to refresh your memory a bit, WiFi Controller turns your PSP into a controller for your Windows based computer. It was inspired by an earlier program called PPjoy by Mikko Monroe.
This recent release is a more polished version of version 4 (which was publicly released)
Carter aka Bomb has emailed us a program he's been working on - a television remote for Mitsubishi TV's! The program looks well made and should be a fun piece of homebrew to toy with over the holidays
Since Rob King is still currently polishing his PSP Ableton Live Controller that allows you to control Ableton Live - a loop-based software music sequencer for Macintosh and Windows - wirelessly, he is releasing a "while waiting" application to keep us busy
PSPFTP 2.0
PSP homebrew coder and QJ.Net resident spike_132000 passed the by the forums earlier to announce the release of PSPFTP 2.0 (Not to be confused with PSPFtp by LiQuiD8d)
PSPSSH
Homebrew coder Zx-81 dropped QJ.NET PSP Development Forum and announced a surprise build for application PSPSSH, bumping it up to v1.0.8. We say surprise because if we recall correctly, the developer mentioned that v1.0.7 was going to be the last release. It's certainly a surprise, and a very welcome one at that
Portable VNC 1.2.8 CFW 1.5
It's been a while since we've seen any activity from zx-81's Portable VNC homebrew app for the PlayStation Portable. However, the developer recently dropped by our PSP Development forum and informed us that Portable VNC v1.2.8 was already up and available for download

Developer zx81 is a bit busy on the Sony PlayStation Portable homebrew front recently. After configuring PSPIRC for 3.80/3.90 custom firmwares, dev zx81did the same to another homebrew project: PSPSSH.
