We've already said before that custom firmwares are the gateways of homebrew development. These achievements make it possible for other coders to come up with games and applications that will be enjoyed by the community.
Some coders, on the other hand, develop applications that improve upon the already great CFWs. Such is the new creation called 3.80 M33 Installer from developer Zero0513 that was released over at QJ.NET PSP Development Forum.
Just like the name implies, this tool makes it easier for users to install the latest custom firmware from Dark AleX and the rest of Team M33. The file itself is in .EXE so all you have to do is run it.
The coder mentioned that when the program asks for the drive, that you have to put is the memory card root. In the event that you have any problems regarding this, the forum link below might prove to be useful.

This is a modification of COry 1492s Open Source Nand Dumper.
I cross-compiled on ecplipse and minimalist pspsdk.
Currently, all this does at the moment, (hence the v1), is make a complete dump of the nand.
All you have to do is open up the program, and its doing it for you!!

Deviant Flash Deviant Flash
a Flashing application for 1.50/2.71 SE is now released. Created by kid101skater (aka Kevin) and Lil13lazin (aka Tarek), this application will flash the files if they are on the root of your memory stick. As the program will be checking for the files, you will be shown an error message if your chosen file isn't there. Then, it will exit back to the XMB
