If you enjoyed playing the role of the famous Italian video game plumber in various states of mini-game-dom (yes, I made that term up), you might be interested to know that the final release version of Pjeff's Super Mario Toy is finally out.
This homebrew game for the PlayStation Portable wraps itself up in this final build with several new changes and gameplay tweaks. Here are the exact details of the final changes made since the last version of Super Mario Toy:
- added a card game (RPG part).
- added a character.
- dialogue completely rebuilt and improved
- music totally changed.
- Mini-games are rebuilt, improved and completed
As an added bonus, players can now access the entire list of mini-games from the main menu without having to go through the RPG portion of the game. The developer also mentioned that the source code for the game will be available soon, as well as the image library used to make it.
This final release version of Super Mario Toy was certainly a great way to send off the development of this homebrew game. If you're interested in trying it out, you can download both the PSP and PC versions through the links we've provided below.
