Download wallpaper (right-click "Download" button -> click "Save link as") and transfer file to your PHOTO folder (all caps) on your memory stick's PSP folder. Access the image via XMB and open it. Hit 'Triangle' to open the Control Panel and find the function to "Set as Wallpaper".
