Sleepy's released a minor upgrade to Tommydanger's oft-used Devhook Firmware Installer. As he mentions, he's edited the program to increase its compatibility and to support newer firmwares.
Here's the changelog for this new, semi-unofficial update to Devhook Firmware Installer v0.6d:
* Removed error causing crashes
* Added full support for firmwares 3.03 - 3.11
* Tidied up and re-arranged code
* Bugs found and wiped out
* Smoothed out the code a bit
* Made a new ICON0 for the program
* Added support for firmware 3.02 and everything below
As always, make sure you check the latest readme. There don't seem to be any known issues so far with the application, but you should always check the readme to be sure. With that said, be careful, and enjoy the application.

After the whole SoftDown ordeal, we got a bit worried about 0okm. Some of you guys commented that he was "ghey", and others had believed that he was pulling off a scam. Talk about some major damage to his reputation. As far as we know, he's a reputable guy and also deserves some respect as much as you and me
X-Flash X-Flash
As you might have picked up from the post a few days back, Art came up with version 16 of his X-Flash program. One of the notable things to come with the latest version is support for 1.50 and 2.71 SE-B firmwares. Version 16B adds some cosmetic functions for those folks who wanted to get debranded stuff, but retains all of the PSP goodness X-Flash has to offer
Homebrew Installer Maker Homebrew Installer Maker
It looks like KlmSoftware network's further refined the process of making easy homebrew installers. A day or so after the release of Homebrew Installer Maker v0.2.6, they've made another revision that removes some annoyances from the previous version.
As Maniac from the Klm team notes, this new version promises the following

Nand Currency Nand Currency
from the Readme:
This is a modification of COry 1492s Open Source Nand Dumper.
I cross-compiled on ecplipse and minimalist pspsdk.
Currently, all this does at the moment, (hence the v1), is make a complete dump of the nand.
All you have to do is open up the program, and its doing it for you!!
My future plans are -
1. Have a restore function

This particular release is DJB's version of an app originally released by developer Klutsh
