PSP Homebrew Developer LogiKz is back with Easy Ultimate Cheat Installer, now with a GUI. In LogiKz's own words, it "installs all the essential cheat programs [...] in a clean and satisfying way."
The program gives you the option to choose between (or all) of these three cheat apps (basically the essential ones from the previous versions):

Over at our QJ forums, MaTiAz has just posted a simple and yet very powerful powerful for the PRX developers. The VSH Rebooter PRX v0.1, as the name implies, allows you to reboot the PSP through the XMB by replacing the Network Update function.
Here's how to install the plugin:
