Homer has really made some great progress with his modifications of the RIN Gameboy/Gameboy Color emulator for the PSP, and it's relied upon by 1.50 and 2.0+ homebrew users alike and he's always putting out frequent updates. So frequent that I'm a little surprised that he doesn't have a new version for me to post about tonight. So instead of your regular Homer-fix, tonight you get the Cheatfile Maker by IEUAStatic. This Windows-based program allows you to convert GB/GBC game cheats into a format that Homer's RINHomer's RIN can read. Be sure to check out the README for details!
