Up and coming homebrew developer Bob Hoil dropped by QJ.Net Forums and released Ultimate Lua Shell. Not to rain on his parade though, the application still needs a lot of things and that's why he will be needing your help.
The coder, in fact, realizes this and mentioned that v0.1 is a demo of things to come. Anyway, Ultimate Lua Shell is, well, a shell coded in Lua. It will have games, various applications, and a file browser as well as a small text-based web browser. But for now, the only feature functional is the file broswer.
Bob Hoil also said that if you happen to like this app, you can help out by sending in some games and applications that can go with it in the future versions. Other coders involved in this release include Zevlar and TacticalPenguin.
