Let's get straight to business. Hallo07's PSP application, Flash Agent, is far from over, and is in fact back with the new version, F3. By now, you ought to know what this does: lets you clear up the flash chip, change your gameboot, or flash your default settings. If you didn't know that, then great. Now you do.
Here's the changelog for Flash Agent F3:

* possibility to flash custom volume bars
* possibility to recovery volume bars
* if you free space is lower then 500kb it will ask for replace dummy files
* Recovery menu is like all the rest now
* new startup sound (as requested)

* complete rewrited source(possibility to make faster updates:P)
* fixed bug in put your own manual site (bug made in F2)
Again, it works on 3.03 OE and 3.10 OE firmwares. Make sure to check out the instructions in the zip file (it's good for you). You can also visit the forums to see what others have got to say about it.

With the recent release of Dark AleX's Custom PSP Firmware 3.80 M33-4 still hot of the presses, the developer has released a quick bugfix to the latest Popsloader plugin that goes with the new custom firmware.

JJS Has been hard at work to improve our beloved HBL again.
As a side effect, he also fixed the issue which prevented Gpsp from going back to the HBL menu, an issue that had been here for ages
PSPModkit PSPModkit
Mhorpheox has once again dropped a line on our forums informing us that Legend has updated his PSPModkit app to version 2.0. PSPModkit is a flashing app that runs on a PC instead of on the PSP itself. It needs the .NET Framework 2.0 in order to run, so we've also included a download link for that in case some of you guys don't have it yet
