ISO Tool is a homebrew app that lets users decrypt EBOOT.BIN game files, repack ISOs, patch ISOs, convert ISOs to CSO format, create XMB ISO icons, fake NP data, and more using only their PSP.
This unsigned version is for use with custom firmware.
