ONScripter is a Free Software implementation of an interpreter for the NScripter audio and video creation utility, under GPL license. Based on Simple DirectMedia Layer it runs on a variety of platforms including Linux, Windows, Mac OS X in addition to video gaming consoles such as PSP and Dreamcast. This is commonly used for many anime style games. A few bugs were looked at and squashed in this release. If you can, check out the readme for more information (in japanese).

TempAR Developer's note:The reason for this NitePR/MKULTRA mod is because I wanted a way to test PSPAR codes on CFW, for me it was easier just to implement the PSPAR code types into an existing cheat device rather then try and patch the PSPAR EBOOT to run on CFW so that is exactly what I have done
