At the risk of sounding awfully cheesy, it's always nice to see that the love for our trusty PSPs crosses borders and barriers. You don't see coders releasing their works of art and saying that their homebrew apps and games are exclusively for Americans, or French, or for whatever nationality.
And even greater are the efforts exerted to make these brews overcome even language barriers...all for the love of our handhelds. Like HyT here, who has just released his Devhook 0.51.01 Multi-language Mod v0.01.
As you can tell from the mod's name, what this app basically does is that it translates Devhook into Italian, Spanish, and French so that our fellow PSP users who happen to have difficulties understanding English can easily navigate their way around Devhook. Installation instructions are as easy as 123 too, just install the original DevHook 0.5101 and then copy all the content of MS_ROOT folder into your MemoryStick root and that's it!
Here are some of Devhook 0.51.01 Multi-language Mod v0.01's features:
* Menu translated into Italian, French and Spanish
* Autoboot times added
* New CPU/BUS speed implemented
* Added 2.80 and 3.00 firmware
* Corrected sone Booster's translation errors
* Useless stuff removed
To do:
* Add German language (by Siggi)
* Correct translation errors (I'm sure i did a lot of mistakes...)
HyT gives kudos to Booster for DevHook and Dark_Alex for 2.71SE, and as usual, for comments and feedback, just drop HyT a line on our forums.
