Developer Zx-81, who was also behind PSPCAP32 and PSPMSX, is announcing the release of PSPVE. As its name implies, this homebrew application will enable the Sony PlayStation Portable to run games originally meant for the Vectrex gaming system.
PSPVE is based on the VecX emulator originally developed by Valavan Manohararajah for platforms such as Windows and Linux. This being an initial release, Zx-81 warns that there's much work to do. For starters, the sound is still rough, and the emulator's speed is still in need of improvement.
This download is for the emulator's source code, in case you're wondering about how it works.
