The thing with homebrew games, or applications for that matter, is that they often start out small. Then the community reacts, says "I can do a better application than this" or whatever. It's just all yadda, yadda, yadda. But as a coder, you just have to keep on developing your project and we're pretty sure you'll get there in the end.
And that is exactly what homebrew developer Re_AnimAte did to pet project PSP Game Maker. Basically, this application is a working compiling and testing Lua game maker in C#. The coder assures everyone that this is no longer a budget but a decent Lua compiler. And we agree.
A lot have actually changed since the last version. Re_AnimAte promised a Compile feature, and that been implemented in this release alongside a Test feature. Other imporvements to PSP Game Maker includes Save As and Open features. Despite this, the coder mentioned that he is also working to improve the Compile feature so that all users have to do is select their PlayStation Ortable (PSP) and the application should save it there for them.
Re_AnimAte also said that tyo be able to use the latest version, you will need Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 and for your convenience, we've also uploaded that file. As always, the coder will appreciate comments and feedback to the program.

TempAR Developer's note:The reason for this NitePR/MKULTRA mod is because I wanted a way to test PSPAR codes on CFW, for me it was easier just to implement the PSPAR code types into an existing cheat device rather then try and patch the PSPAR EBOOT to run on CFW so that is exactly what I have done
