You already know by now that the newest toast of the homebrew community, Dark_AleX's 3.02 OE-B, will run your own Playstation games. Now, the instructions on how to convert you PlayStation games to the POPS format are included in the popstation folder inside the 3.02 OE-B download. But let's say that amidst all Darl_AleX's help, you're still stump on how to convert your PSX games to a playable format on your 3.02 OE-B, what do you do?
This is the great thing about PSP homebrew scene today. Every dev just wanna help the community in any way they can. That's why two devs released two different apps that does the same thing - make POPSTATION more friendly to the uninitiated. These two apps are both PopStation GUIs - one was done by danny_kay1710, the other by Quake.
Let's start with danny_kay's version. Basically, it just provides a nice GUI for Dark_AleX's popstation.exe. As always, the dev provided an in-depth read me that comes with the download so you better catch up on your reading.
On the other hand, Quake's take on the PopStation GUI gig is recommended to be used inside the popstation folder on your desktop. You will still need all files to be in the same folder as the popstation.
At the end of the day, both apps give you the same result. It all boils down to which of the two you are more comfortable using. Download links are down there, read up and enjoy!
