Shyv has released a new version of the homebrew PSP game World of Willisau on the QJ.NET PSP Development Forums. Here's a list of the new features in World of Willisau v0.3:

The game is still in German, but Shyv says that the next version should include English language support. Please note that the "Spiel Beenden" menu option doesn't work yet. Please check the included readme.txt and controls.txt files for more information before installing World of Willisau on your PSP.
