It works just like the official theme creator Sony dished out, which means it's still as convenient.
Custom Theme Converter is an easy-to-use program that allows customization of the PSP's XMB themes. Whether you're German or not, everything is pretty self-explanatory and you'll be decorating your themes like a pro in no time.
