  Game Dev Helper

This is a PC program for Windows that will help you doing the graphicall design of your PSP game or application. I don't know if you'll find it usefull but if you do I will make new versions and will add support for NDS. The program is in English, Catalan and Spanish (You can change the language in the options menu).

Features:

* PSP screen simulator that lets you load 2 different images to get their exact coordinates.
* A color palette that gives you the RGB values of any color.

It should work on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
