PSP homebrew developer becus25 dropped by the QJ.Net Forums earlier to let the guys know that he's just finished work on his latest custom firmware, dubbed 3.02 IE - A Update1. According to becus25, this latest release is an expansion of 3.02 OE-x, and is further expected to give users the capability to "have on one nand the improvements of firmware 3.xx, the OE kernel and the IE."
This release is an update of 3.02 IE-A, which becus25 previously stated carried improvements of OE and IE, the kernel of the VSH/XMB of 3.02.

visited the QJ.NET Forums earlier to announce the release of CFW Recovery Flasher.
According to the developer, this homebrew application will enable users to: recover semi-bricked PSPs, upgrade or downgrade to any custom firmware, and flash the PSP's CFW directly to 3.71-M33

With the new 3.10 OE-A on the loose, you can expect lotsa apps catered for 3.03 OE-C to be updated to suit the new homebrew wonder. And TheAceOfFire may as well be one of the first developers to do just that.
He has now updated his AutoDowngrade Generator to v1.01 and it will allow you to upgrade to 3.10 OE-A from 3.03 and below
