Developer roe-ur-boat visited the Q.NET Forums earlier to announce the relase of AutoStart PRX V3. This plugin will enable users to assign homebrews of their choice to activate on startup by way of holding certain buttons.
As if that function isn't handy enough, this plugin's latest version will also enable you to assign a homebrew or backed up game to autoboot during the PSP's startup. We imagine this function comes as a godsend for those who prefer having their choice MP3 player ready at all times.
Here are AutoStart PRX's changes since its initial release (quoting the readme):
* Version 3:
o Now you can assign a homebrew to autoboot. Handy for cintro. (No looping!)
o Now you can not only assign homebrew but backed up games too.
* Version 2:
o Added more buttons
o Improved the configurator
o Fixed a bug that showed the SCE logo when you exited from a homebrew
o Descreased the prx size from 30kb to 9kb
* Version 1.1:
o Descreased the prx size from 90kb to 30kb
* Version 1:
o Initial release
