You guys have probably checked out our previous post about Kando's cool CIntro mod. If you encountered problems installing the mod, then you might want to grab the handy installer that [Joe] has just released on the QJ forums.
The installer contains all the necessary files to install the CIntro mod on your PSP as well as a Daxter .pmf file. Remember, 3.02OE-B is a must for this to work properly. Check below for installation instructions.
Installation:
1. Use the installer to extract all the files to the PSP memory stick.
2. Once extracted run the "CIntro Modifier" program.
3. Once the installer is done, turn off your psp. turn it back on and go into RECOVERY mode.
4. Go into "Configuration"
5. ENABLE "Skip SCE Logo"
6. ENABLE "Autorun program at /PSP/GAME/BOOT/EBOOT.PBP (no you dont have to have that made on ms0).
7. Turn off your psp. Remove your memory card. Turn on PSP.
8. To remove Cintro MOD just launch CIntro Modifer and click X to remove it. Then go back to RECOVERY mode and DISABLE "Autorun program at /PSP/GAME/BOOT/EBOOT.PBP" Then DISABLE "Skip SCE Logo"
9. To modify the the bootscreen replace intro.pmf with a different intro.pmf (must be named intro.pmf and less than 3mb) and run CIntro Flasher.
On a final note, the readme includes this line: "This is just an installer, i am not doing anything special here." Dude, for the people who need this, this IS special. Good job.
