How to use:

2. Copy encrypted file(s) to ms0:/enc/
3. Execute EDecrypt on PSP
4. Press X to decrypt file(s) or [] to decrypt and patch file(s) for m33

On his previous version, Art promised that he'll come up with the v10 of his X-Flash application after a week. Well, in a way he broke his promise; because he's releasing it to us today, just barely six days after v9i. They say "promises are meant to be broken", well if they come in this way, I wouldn't mind it

Operating systems Mac and Windows are like apples and oranges (Pun intended? Probably). So when it comes to using them with our dear PSP handhelds, we've got to have different homebrew applications as well. Take for example PSX2PSP from developer Kingsquitter
CWCheat2NitePR CWCheat2NitePR
If you're one of those fellows who likes to add a cheat or two into their game, then you probably know about CWCheat and NitePR, two of the most notable cheating utilities for the PSP. You also probably understand the troubles that come with trying to convert a CWCheat cheat code into a NitePR cheat code
PRXdecrypter PRXdecrypter
jas0nuk has released version 1.8 of his PRX decryption application known as PRXdecrypter. The application's had a lot of changes from PRXdecrypter v1.7, but perhaps the most impressive of these changes is the app's new ability to extract special PRXs from updater executables.
In any event, here's the changelog from v1.7 to v1
TrailBlaze TrailBlaze
Here's pretty nifty application you might want to try on your PlayStation Portable. It's a little something from PSP homebrew coder dangee and it's an application called TrailBlaze.
So what does it do? Basically, TrailBlaze is an app that lets you "manipulate PNG images in 3D

LostJared, along with his 2.60 testing partner teknogeek1300, have come across a little trick that seems to effect the reliability of programs starting with eLoader on 2.60 firmware
Custom Firmware Extender Custom Firmware Extender
Especially tailored for the new custom firmware by M33 (a.k.a. Dark_AleX), Custom Firmware Extender at version 1.6 is almost at the point of full functionality. Almost. Homebrew developer Cpasjuste took the time to make the plugin set work "almost normally" for M33's 3.71 CFW and may exhibit some limitations in connectivity
